It’s McDonald’s.. They seem to have a motivated staff. I’m sure people have bad reviews of this location. So does EVERY location. Some customers suck.. Some employees suck.. People have bad days, grow up, get your food and be kind. Food is always excellent, on time and given with a smile.
I would highly recommend this place it's a house good energy and your stuff safe. I would also recommend reserving ahead of time the place is always full

I waited 45 minutes in line in the drive thru waiting to give my order. The line was pretty long for both sides to order. It was roughly around 10:15 pm when I got in line. I got home after 11 pm. Once you gave your order you went to the second window to pay & get your order. After getting home, my grandson got sick & was throwing up after eating his burger. Not sure where that came from because he was fine all day long. Once he did he felt better.
I watched as Stephanie went out of her way to help guests multiple times. She went above and beyond to ensure every customer in the restaurant felt attended to and had what they needed. If more people were like Stephanie, everything would be a bit better.

As a former worker at another McDonald's, one of the best McDonald's I've ever seen. Kept clean, wasn't afraid to sit anywhere, and it felt pretty nice inside. The either manager or worker, Stephanie, was super accommodating and nice, especially to all the old folks who didn't want to order at the kiosk(They are kiosk only). Will definitely be back next time I'm in carson
